Registration Instructions

ICDE 2022 requires at least one author registration per accepted paper (Conference or Workshop), otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Authors should complete their registration no later than 5 May 2022.

Before starting the online registration, authors should have available their paper IDs (as assigned during the paper submission process) and their paper titles.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation and substitution requests must be sent in writing by 5 May 2022 to the conference office (email to: icde2022@ieeecomputer.my).

  • For cancellations up to 5 May 2022, registration fees will be refunded in full via the payment method used.

  • For cancellations after 5 May 2022, a 25% refund will be given.

IEEE Members

  • Author: $300 for the 1st  conference paper (Changes to $360.00 after 9 April 2022)

  • Workshop Author: Check out this link

  • Participant: $75 (Changes to $90.00 after 5 May 2022)

Non IEEE Members

  • Author: $360 for the 1st  conference paper (Changes to $435.00 after 9 April 2022)

  • Workshop Author: Check out this link

  • Participant: $90 (Changes to $110.00 after 5 May 2022)
